Despite all the humans, English language, and proper British accents, it's important to remember that the Star Wars universe isn't our own. Things are different there – they have landspeeders, they order around protocol droids, and their language...

The decision was made public yesterday and apparently stemmed from internal team issues. Cody 'Elementz' Sigfusson joined Curse in December of 2011 after being benched by CLG Prime and has been their support ever since then. Rhux will be taking his place and while he will be available to be picked up by other LCS teams starting May 13 he will remain with Curse as a sub for the time being.

Today Riot announced that they will be releasing 5 new skins based on the winners of the Season 2 World Championships last October. The Taipei Assassins went 3-1 in their series against Azubu Frost. In game 4 Taipei Assassins brought Shen, Dr. Mundo, Orianna, Ezreal, Nunu into summoners rift to seal their victory and now, we too get to benefit from their victory, especially those of us who play any of these 5 champions.

Quantic Gaming has picked up Cloud 9 as their League of Legends team. This is a huge move for the Quantic Gaming organization after they shut down back in December 4, 2012, and let go of all their teams, citing lack of funds as the reason for the closure. Quantic Gaming then merged with Its Gosu and 4not to recreate the organization in February of 2013.
The big question from the very start of the League of Legends Championship series is how the so called “bottom 4” teams, Vulcun, GGU, Team MRN, and compLexity would perform against their more experienced and established counterparts, Curse Gaming, Team Dignitas, Counter Logic Gaming, and and Team Solo Mid Snapdragon. While there have been many upsets and all teams have displayed great potential, the current rankings suggest that the “bottom 4” are to remain there. However, the season is not over and I believe we can already see one of the “bottom 4” emerging as a contender in trying to knock one of the 4 power house teams down.

What makes a team the best? Is it simply the best record? Or maybe you prefer to think the best team is the one that crushes their opponents game in and game out. I personally think that winning against other top teams is what makes you the best. While none of the information I will present is ground breaking in any way, I do feel that it shows how far apart the top three teams really are. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the NA LCS standings.
